Salary Statement

Estimated Starting Salary Range: USD $25.12/Hr. - USD $41.88/Hr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.


Description

    Serving as the central point of coordination for SIA program activities, meetings, and communications
  • Scheduling, coordinating, and facilitating recurring VTCs, working groups, and program meetings
  • Gathering input from technical and program team members to develop meeting agendas
  • Recording, documenting, and distributing meeting minutes, ensuring accurate capture of action items and decisions
  • Consolidating program inputs into polished briefings and reports for delivery to government leadership and PMO stakeholders
  • Tracking milestones, deliverables, and action items to support program schedule adherence
  • Assisting in the development, organization, and quality assurance of SIA program documentation
  • Providing day-to-day program management support, including reporting, task tracking, and follow-up with stakeholders
  • Supporting surge requirements during major events, milestones, or deliverables
  • Collaborating with engineers, analysts, and government personnel to ensure program requirements and objectives are met

Requirements

  • Requires a DoD TS/SCI security clearance
  • Requires a bachelor's degree in business, program management, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Three or more years of experience providing program or project management support within a DoD or Navy program
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Experience scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and drafting meeting minutes


Desired Skills

  • Experience supporting Navy NIWC PAC or NIWC LANT programs
  • Familiarity with software integration or system engineering programs
  • Knowledge of Navy acquisition processes and PMO reporting requirements
  • Ability to produce executive-level briefings and documentation


Clearance Information

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT. THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TOP SECRET / SCI LEVEL with CI POLY ELIGIBILITY
