What You've Accomplished



  • Completion of a High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 years of directly related experience in Business Administration, Change Management, IS, or a related field
  • Good business and/or technical expertise in a related capacity.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent PC-based application skills such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
  • Basic problem identification and resolution skills with emphasis on "root cause" analysis.

Your Opportunity

This full-time role is about making an impact on people's lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Project Coordinator in Richland, WA, you will be part of the proven team in the Fuel Business Unit. You will work closely with a project team to create procurement packages, support procurement, track shipments, and oversee storage of equipment and materials prior to installation. Your work will include:



  • Works with project manager and engineering and purchasing to create procurement packages and obtain bids and quotes for equipment, etc.
  • Creates purchase requestions and tracks purchasing, delivery and kitting of materials and equipment. Strong SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Must be capable of reading and interpreting schematics / blueprints
  • Carrying out administrative procedures to ensure projects run smoothly: organizing travel, interviews with potential employees, scheduling training sessions for suppliers, etc.
  • Implement a tracking system for documentation such as catalogs and manage its monitoring. Monitor configuration management

Framatome's Richland, WA facility is a licensed nuclear fuel manufacturing site and complies with US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and US Department of Energy (DOE) regulations. This position is safety-sensitive and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening is required. Any employment offer is contingent upon the successful completion of a background investigation.



Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $33.20 - $43.50 per hour, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
