Your Opportunity

This full-time role is about making an impact on people's lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Medium Projects - Project Manager in Richland, WA, you will be part of the proven team in the direction Industrialization Performance (DIP) Business Line in the Fuel Business Unit. Your work will include:



  • Responsibility for the operational management of projects, ensuring that various objectives are met, and liaising with the production management team at the site.
  • Collaborating with the operator and site management to analyze requirements, structure the project, and ensure compliance with Framatome processes.
  • Working alongside your team of planners, risk analysis managers, batch managers, and business line managers within a matrix organization.
  • Leading this team and manage interfaces with an engineering department responsible for some project batches.
  • Overseeing the physical and financial progress of the project until it is handed over to the operator after the testing phases.
  • Ensuring that the implementation schedules and production downtime impacted by your activities are met.
  • Involvement in monitoring the review process with the authorities and fulfilling the resulting commitments.
  • Strictly comply with and promote the safety, security, quality, and environmental policies applied to your department, as well as the Framatome values charter.

Framatome's Richland, WA facility is a licensed nuclear fuel manufacturing site and complies with US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and US Department of Energy (DOE) regulations. This position is safety-sensitive and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening is required. Any employment offer is contingent upon the successful completion of a background investigation.



Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $106,000 - $144,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
