Your Role: As a Dishwasher, you'll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation. Assists with kitchen organization, trash disposal, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Works efficiently in a fast-paced environment to support kitchen staff and maintain smooth operations. Duties & Responsibilities |
- Maintains an adequate supply of clean dishes, silverware, and utensils.
- Operates industrial dish machine according to protocol.
- Delivers sanitized plates and silverware to various locations as needed.
- Maintains a clean work area throughout entire shift.
- Cleans machine during each shift, including exterior of machine.
- Collects dirty dishes and equipment from outlets and delivers to main sanitization room for sanitizing.
- Assists with the busing and cleaning of various units in the Student Union.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Skill in using cleaning products and equipment.
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment, products, techniques, and standards.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to transport and/or move a maximum of 40lbs.

Minimum Qualifications |
- High school diploma or high school diploma equivalency is required.
- Must be able to work early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.

In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act), each year the University of Arizona releases an Annual Security Report (ASR) for each of the University's campuses.Thesereports disclose information including Clery crime statistics for the previous three calendar years and policies, procedures, and programs the University uses to keep students and employees safe, including how to report crimes or other emergencies and resources for crime victims. As a campus with residential housing facilities, the Main Campus ASR also includes a combined Annual Fire Safety report with information on fire statistics and fire safety systems, policies, and procedures.
