* Maintain Comprehensive Documentation: Create and keep up-to-date detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, testing plans, and user guides.
* Foster Collaborative Success: Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide timely updates, and deliver high-quality solutions within scope and budget.
* Pursue Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in service request management and IT service management to identify and implement opportunities for process enhancements and innovation. **Must-Have Qualifications:** * In-depth knowledge of service request management applications.
* Experience with a core system platform, including coordinating development, customization, and integration capabilities.
* Exposure to programming languages and development tools relevant to service request platforms.
* Required user experience with development or collaboration tools.
* Proven experience coordinating the integration of service request management applications with internal and third-party applications.
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to effectively diagnose and resolve issues.
* Experience troubleshooting request failures and identifying root causes.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration and clear technical documentation.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
* Adept at collaborating with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for service request management solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
* Ability to assess current business processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions leveraging service request management capabilities. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** * Experience integrating service request platforms with other development or collaboration tools.
