First Article Inspector

Job Purpose: The candidate will perform First Article inspection.

Nature of Duties and Responsibilities:

• Candidate will check dimensions and perform the Smart Drill F/A, including inspection of manufacturing goods during the manufacturing process.
• Conducts dimensional and electrical inspection of sub-assemblies or final systems assemblies.
• Interprets prints, manufacturing drawings, diagrams, wire cards and lists in approving or rejecting in-process or final assemblies.

Education and Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years experience in CMM programming/First Article inspection in quality control.
• Must be able to perform Dimensional checks on PWBs and hole size, at final stage of the PWBs and run the Optek Machine ( Video Mic Optek )
• Must know how to read and use calipers, pin gauges and micrometers
• Must be able to read blue prints.
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills

Salary Range (annual) : $58,400.00-$60,522.00

Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package.
