Description Provides technical expertise and direction for a designated section of the laboratory. Creates, maintains and follows established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, safety, environmental and infection control standards so that the laboratory remains in compliance with accreditation agencies and Washington State laws. Works with Laboratory management to ensure that the scope of services provided meets the needs of the caregivers, clients, and patients.
