Overview LMI is seeking a Senior Research Specialist to support our team within the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense, Acquisition and Sustainment (OUSD(A&S)). This role supports the A&S human resources staff in the Directorate for Business Operations by advising senior level authorities with military staffing, performance appraisals, awards, and professional development to comply with regulatory mandates. Communication with the organization's senior-level staff and collaboration with a broad range of personnel is also required. The position will be located at the Pentagon. This position requires an Active Secret clearance. Responsibilities
Assist in developing and staffing for approval by the ED, DBO internal HR policies, instructions, and procedures governing the various HR functional areas within OUSD(A&S).
Qualifications
The target salary range for this position is up to $145,000. The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation.
