    • Translate enterprise priorities into actionable sourcing roadmaps-balancing cost optimization, innovation enablement, quality standards, and risk management.
    • Establish global frameworks and category strategies that deliver competitive advantage across product lines and geographic regions.
    • Conduct comprehensive buyer and market profiles to assess sourcing landscape dynamics, emerging supplier capabilities, and innovation opportunities.

Global Leadership & Team Development

    • Lead and develop a high-performing sourcing organization of ~150 global professionals, including approximately 6-8 Director-level leaders.
    • Foster a collaborative, high-accountability culture focused on excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

    • Operate as a trusted executive advisor to senior internal stakeholders, particularly divisional heads of R&D/product development and global supply chain segment leaders (plan, source, make, deliver).

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of progressive sourcing leadership experience, including senior-level ownership of Direct Materials and component sourcing.
  • Proven track record of leading a large, global sourcing team
