YOUR IMPACT

As a Program Manager within OpenText's WW Sales Organization, you will play a critical role in delivering strategic initiatives that support growth across multiple business units. Reporting directly to the VP of Field Operations and PMO, you will partner with senior sales leadership and global support teams to identify, execute, and monitor sales initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes. Your work will span executive-level reporting, KPI monitoring, cross-functional program management, and cadence planning, all while ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned to OpenText's growth agenda.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in program and project management, ideally with a background in top-tier management consulting.

  • Proven ability to navigate and influence within complex, multinational, and matrix organizations.

  • Strong experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Salesforce.com.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; understanding of enterprise software go-to-market strategy is an asset.

  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership, deliver exceptional-quality work, and act as the "glue" across cross-functional teams.

  • Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills with comfort presenting to both C-level executives and individual contributors.

  • Flexibility to work across global time zones and adapt to fast-changing priorities.

  • A collaborative, curious mindset with a track record of problem-solving and continuous improvement.

SALARY STATEMENT

Compensation: At OpenText, we offer a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing. As you move through the hiring process, we're happy to provide more details about our compensation programs, including variable and commission compensation opportunities for eligible roles, vacation entitlement, and paid time off.

Salary Range: $116,900 - $192,050; Depending on the candidate's education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
