IEM is looking for a Full Time - Training Specialist, with a strong background in developing and delivering operational training programs within project-based environments. They should be Skilled in onboarding, instructional design, and collaborating with subject matter experts to create impactful learning experiences.
Primary Location:
- Live within a commutable distance to the Tampa Bay Region in Florida. The Tampa Bay Region includes Hillsborough, Sarasota, Manatee, Pinellas, Hernando, and Pasco Counties).
- Work will take place either in an office environment, or remote from a personal location and will depend on the needs of the project.
- Preferred candidates will live a commutable distance to Pasco County, Florida.
Travel Requirements:
- This position may require travel to complete work assignments or attend meetings.
- Mandatory on-site training in Pasco County between Nov 11 and November 25.
Essential Functions:
- Will be working to facilitate the onboarding and ongoing training of Case Managers supporting project work in Pasco County.
- Role will require developing ongoing operational training in close conjunction with SMEs and other project leadership.
- Periodic sessions with client and other subcontractors hosted as needed.
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education : Bachelors in Business, HR, Education or related field.
- Experience : Five - Seven (5-7 ) years of experience in Corporate Training
- Familiarity developing and delivering their own training materials.
- Familiarity with project work/working in a project environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Technical Training.
- Familiarity with government programs, including regulatory compliance.
- Experience collaborating with SMEs to create targeted training content.
- Familiarity working remotely.
- Familiarity with Housing/Infrastructure.
Additional Information:
- Office Locations: Often, these offices are either owned by the client we work with or by IEM. All candidates are expected to follow any rules and regulations of the office in which they are required to work for that project.
- Remote Locations: All remote work environments require the ability to maintain minimum internet speeds of 25 Mbps upload and 3 Mbps download, as well as a ping rate of 100 ms or less during working hours, regardless of the type and number of devices using your internet connection. You will also need account privileges and access to your internet service provider account during working hours for the purpose of maintaining the internet connection, if needed.
