SALARY RANGE:$16.00 - $17.00

SEEDWAY, LLC is a full-line seed company providing high quality, high-performing farm seed products as well as lawn and turf products throughout Pennsylvania, New York, New England states, Florida, and South Carolina. We offer a leading line of vegetable seed for growers in the United States and Eastern Canada.

We are looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing general clerical tasks and managing front-desk operations to ensure a welcoming and professional experience for all visitors and callers. This role serves as the first point of contact for the organization, both in person and over the phone, and plays a key part in supporting daily office operations.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
  • Answer and route incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Pick up mail at local post office and sort/distribute.
  • Monitor and order office supplies as needed.

Additional Duties

  • Support credit department, processing customer payments, checking credit references.
  • Monitor and manage cleaning service.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of related office or administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and standard office practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record required.
  • Must be able to work extended hours as needed.
