About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-orientedPricing Systems Analystresponsible for the setup, maintenance, and documentation of pricing conditions. This position involves creating pricing conditions in the CIS system, which includes both resale markups and additional cost discounts. You will ensure the integrity of these pricing conditions and collaborate with profit managers, sales teams, vendors, and IT to address issues and implement new developments.

What You'll Do:

  • Data Management: Gather, create, compile, and load data related to pricing condition setup and maintenance, including resale markups and additional cost discounts.

  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues related to pricing through training, updates, or identifying system defects and enhancements.

  • Problem-Solving: Develop solutions to complex problems requiring in-depth analysis. Collaborate with IT to create new functionalities or resolve defects through testing.

  • Vendor Management: Establish new vendors and programs from suppliers and/or internal customers.

  • Subject Matter Expert (SME): Represent the organization as an SME on projects or contracts, frequently interacting with management and coordinating work across departments.

  • System Testing: Test systems to ensure proper configuration and setup.

  • Reporting: Prepare and analyze ad hoc reports, providing summaries of data.

  • Customer Account Updates: Update customer account profiles for pricing columns or customer groups.

  • System Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in working with system-related tools.

  • Documentation: Maintain required documentation.

Other Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Meet attendance and punctuality standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; some college required.

  • SAP experience preferred.

  • Abilityto execute instructions and seek clarification when needed.

  • Strong data entry skills.

  • Proficient in advanced mathematical calculations.

  • Attention to detail with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Clear communication skills to convey necessary information.

  • Ability to create and conduct formal presentations.

  • Effective interaction with all levels of management.

  • Capability to work constructively under stress and pressure.

  • Strong relationship-building skills.

  • Quick learner of new systems and technologies.

  • Basic proficiency in relevant computer applications.

Working Conditions:

  • Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.

  • Professional office environment.

  • Hybrid work model: 3 days in office, 2 days remote from home office.

Note: Hiring Salary Range for this position is from $60-$65K.

Annual compensation offered will be based on several variables including geographic location, work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
