  • Adhere to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between team members and the training supervisor to align resources and support associates in the most efficient and effective manner to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Inventory, and People performance goals.
  • Leading morning huddles and shift change discussion; identifies resources needs, aligns resources and collects data for training plan meetings.
  • Partner with production to determine cross-training for associates and assign staff to train on jobs based on training needs and production schedules. Attend training plan meetings and identify training gaps.
  • Support Manufacturing Training & Certification as a JI Training Leader, Adherence Monitoring Administrator and JI Coach
  • Design and develop required documentation and training materials. Develop and execute such documents with jobs on the site.
  • Support the team by walking the floor, addressing questions, resolving issues, and escalating concerns to the Supervisor or appropriate support team member
  • Perform audits including 5S, Safety, Quality, and Standardized Work to ensure associates adhere to Integer policies and procedures.
  • Periodically review data pertaining to training effectiveness for area supported and proactively identify projects required to generate both incremental and step change improvement.
  • Perform predefined non-cyclic work to support the trainers' capability to perform their tasks like paperwork, quality checks, training record accuracy and maintenance.
  • Participate in workshops focused on continuous improvement of current processes and new product development programs.
  • Actively listen and seek opportunities to engage team members in structured problem solving to identify countermeasures, resolve issues, and make improvements in the area.
  • Have working knowledge of jobs and equipment to step-in for emergencies and conduct individual or group training for associates on a variety of topics.
  • Promote an environment of diversity, inclusion, open communication and trust.
  • Performs other duties as required.

What sets you apart:

  • Minimum Education:
  • High School diploma or equivalent (e.g. GED)
  • Associate degree in a Technical or Business-related field, preferred
  • Minimum Experience:
  • Experience and proven capability in performing all the jobs in the area being supported
  • Specialized Knowledge & Special Skills:
  • Ability to motivate others
  • Possess the spirit of teamwork and cooperation and the desire to lead
  • Possess good written and oral communication skills
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Ability to manage projects.

Pay Range: $28.56 - $41.88

Our total rewards program is designed to attract, retain, and motivate associates to contribute to Integer's success. Our compensation program includes base wages, a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy, overtime pay, shift differentials, and call-in pay, when applicable. We provide a comprehensive benefits package with immediate eligibility including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and adoption benefits. Parental leave is available after one year. Optional employee-paid programs include supplemental life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity and accident insurance. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan with company matching contributions. We provide 80 hours (10 days) of company designated holidays per year plus an annual allotment of paid time off.
