This Corporate Regional EHS Manager role is responsible for integrating Environmental, Health, and Safety into operations, engineering, and transportation functions, with a focus on regulatory compliance and implementation of OSHA, EPA, DOT, NFPA, and ANSI standards.


The ideal candidate will have experience supporting capital projects-including greenfield developments and modifications to existing facilities. This position partners closely with Human Resources, Operations, and Engineering to provide leadership training, compliance education, and risk reduction strategies throughout the organization.


Principle Accountabilities:



  • Support EHS integration across operations, engineering, and transportation.
  • Participate in EHS audits, operational reviews, and preventative maintenance programs.
  • Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
  • Conduct Industrial Hygiene monitoring and assessments.
  • Deliver training programs focused on compliance and leadership engagement.
  • Communicate and implement safety initiatives and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in EHS performance.


Position Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in health & safety or related field and a minimum of 5 years of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) experience at the plant or area level level.
  • Relevant EHS certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with Velocity EHS (formerly Velocity Task Management) preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Strong written communication skills required.
  • Traveling up to 80%.
