The Opportunity: As an Experience & Events Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing activations and adhering to standard procedures for events, activities, and holidays. You will plan and coordinate Member and Member-referred catering events, manage non-member private in-house events, and assist the Director of Clubhouse Operations in creating exceptional member experiences. This role requires knowledge of events, food, wine, and beer, along with strong organizational and communication skills. As a hands-on manager, you will engage with members and guests while leading the service team. The Experience & Events Manager is responsible for overseeing the Banquet Captain, ensuring they execute their duties effectively and maintain the highest standards of service during events. This includes providing guidance, monitoring performance, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless event operations. The ideal candidate is passionate for creating memorable experiences-especially for our youngest members-and brings experience in planning and managing children's events, a creative spirit, and genuine enthusiasm for making our club's family programs fun and joyful.
