Job Description

About the Role

We're looking for an efficient professional to join our team as Specialist, Factory Order. In this role, you will ensure timely and accurate vehicle order entry for Element clients. This role provides subject matter expertise in order processing, bulk entry, and troubleshooting, while collaborating across teams to resolve issues and support multiple functions within the Factory Ordering process. The Specialist is accountable for delivering 100% order accuracy, improving processes, and ensuring client satisfaction through seamless administrative support.

What You'll Do

* Place vehicle orders in Element and manufacturer ordering systems in an accurate and timely manner based on client requirements

* Serve as a subject matter expert in vehicle acquisition order entry, changes, and cancellations

* Review and process bulk order spreadsheets; utilize automation programs to optimize entry

* Independently set up delivery service providers (DSP) in Supplier Interactive System per client instruction - these must be assigned to the appropriate DSPs and leverage automation where applicable

* Review orders for required content, special notes, and exceptions

* Use OEM, upfitter, and Element applications to troubleshoot and resolve complex ordering delays

* Follow up with internal stakeholders on incomplete or erroneous orders

* Collaborate with Factory Ordering peer teams to provide surge support

* Flex across multiple functions, including Pool Bailment, Order Entry, OEM resolution, and Dealer Assignment

Basic Qualifications

* Education: College/University degree (or equivalent experience)

* 1 - 2 years of customer service or client account management experience

* Professional and efficient communication with clients, vendors, and stakeholders

* Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills in complex, changing situations

* Data analysis skills to derive insights and make recommendations

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

* Client-focused, ensuring all commitments are delivered accurately and on time

Preferred Qualifications

* B2B experience

* Fleet management experience

Location: Hopkins, MN

The hiring base salary range for this position is $51,600 - $71,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
