We're looking for a highly detail-oriented, proactive Marketing & Influencer Coordinator to lead the execution, monitoring, and optimization of PRADCO Outdoor Brands' paid influencer and partnership programs. This role is the heartbeat of each brand's external voice, responsible for building strong relationships, ensuring deliverables are met, and constantly tracking performance to drive impact. You'll also support broader marketing initiatives that elevate brand awareness such as press releases, donations, recaps, and some event coordination. Success in this role hinges on relentless follow-through, clear communication, and a passion for precision. You'll be the go-to for making sure our paid partners are aligned, activated, and delivering results. Brands include Summit Treestands, Code Blue Scents, Knight & Hale Game Calls, Ani-Logics Outdoors Deer Nutrition, Maxxtuff Farm, Whitetail Institute Food Plot Seed, and Texas Hunter Product Blinds and Feeders.
