Genesis10 is currently seeking an Application Architect with our client in the financial industry located in Plano, TX. This is a 12 + month contract position. Responsibilities: Design schemas, write queries, optimizing performance, and troubleshooting database issues Ensure the ability to build dynamic, responsive, and maintainable user interfaces Design and build a web app for middle office functions, including UI creation, data input and updates, database loading, and access control Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python including scripting, automation, and possibly data processing tasks 5+ years of experience in taking web applications from initial concept through full implementation and ongoing support, demonstrating a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and best practices for deployment and maintenance 5+ years' experience in setting up web application environments, including configuring servers, managing dependencies, and ensuring environments are secure and reliable 3+ years of experience working with databases, with a preference for SQL Server Build and support dynamic web applications using technologies like Java, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Angular, C#, Python, Entity Framework, and jQuery Experience with enterprise SDLC and databases, especially Oracle Exadata Strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining RESTful services using Java, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure APIs for integration with other systems Highly skilled in front-end engineering, with expertise in Object-Oriented JavaScript and experience using various JavaScript libraries and micro frameworks such as JQuery, Angular Pay range: $63.68 - $71.68 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
