Description MaineHealth Medical Group is seeking an experienced Physician and APP Recruiter for a temporary and contract position for 6-8 months. This position is not open to fully remote candidates and is not benefit eligible. We are looking for candidates who are able to work a hybrid schedule based in our South Portland office. The Recruiter will focus on hiring for MaineHealth's Southern Region, which includes Portland, Biddeford, Sanford and other locations within that geographic scope. The Recruiter will also work on searches and projects to support the overall hiring needs of the Medical Group and the work of the Provider Recruitment Center.Responsibilities will include the full-cycle recruitment process with particular emphasis on scheduling candidates. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs): Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred. License/Certifications: Certification in physician recruitment preferred. Experience: Five years of combined recruitment, Human Resource or other relevant business experience required. Healthcare experience preferred. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Database management systems and applicant tracking skills.
