CRM Project Coordinator

Long term contract- 2 years- possibility to extend

Irvine, CA- Hybrid ( 3 days onsite/2 days remote) NO FLEX



Our global pharmaceutical client is seeking a CRM Project Coordinator. As a CRM Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role with marketing efforts by managing CRM marketing campaigns through various steps of the campaign process. This is a role that requires a blend of creative marketing skills, keen attention to detail, and project management expertise. You will be responsible for assisting with the tactical execution of email, SMS/MMS ad push notifications for B2C and B2B campaigns.

Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate cross-functional marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and deadlines.
  • Assist with creative briefs, asset grid creation for internal design team and external agency
  • Collaborate with CRM team, internal design team, and eternal agency to deliver high-quality marketing assets and materials.
  • Develop project plans, set milestones, and allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and proactively address issues as they arise.
  • Communicate project progress, updates, and deliverables to stakeholders.
  • Route all CRM jobs through appropriate stakeholders for approval and through Veeva Vault for regulatory, medical, legal, and compliance sign off
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices, as well as regulations and product regulations
  • Proof/QA all emails, SMS/MMS, and Push Notification in detail before they are deployed to consumers and customers
  • Engage with Call Center before large CRM deployments so they are aware of any consumer and customer questions that could come in
  • Prepare project status reports and ensure accurate documentation of project activities


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years professional experience marketing, advertising, or in pharma
  • Experience working with cross functional team such as data analytics, legal/regulatory, brand teams, and engineering
  • Ability to coordinate and manage multiple marketing campaigns/promotions from planning through execution
  • Preferred experience with all or any of these tools: Microsoft suite (Office, PowerPoint and Excel required), Jira, Contentful, Figma, Workfront, Veeva
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage timelines, budgets, and logistics for promotional activities
