Staffmark is hiring a Legal Assistant in Rayville, LA! Join a fast-paced personal injury law office where your organizational skills and attention to detail will make a real impact. If you have legal office experience and enjoy supporting attorneys and clients, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Pay: $15-20/hr

Shift: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:



  • Prepare, proofread, and file legal documents
  • Manage attorney calendars and schedule meetings
  • Communicate with clients, courts, and insurance companies
  • Maintain organized case files and track deadlines
  • Assist with trial prep and data entry in case management systems
  • Provide general administrative support



Qualifications:



  • 2+ years legal assistant or secretary experience (personal injury preferred)
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and document management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software (e.g., Clio, Needles)
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; legal certification a plus
