Simmons Bank Private Wealth - Portfolio Management Internship Opportunity

Location: In Person - Kansas City, MO

Internship Duration: November 2025 - December 2026

Simmons Bank is offering an exciting internship with the Private Wealth Portfolio Management team in Kansas City, MO. This position provides current college students with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in investment asset management and client relations, while being mentored by an experienced Portfolio Manager.

• Work closely with the Portfolio Manager on various projects and client-related tasks.
• Assist with portfolio management processes, reporting, and data entry using different systems.
• Take detailed notes during meetings with prospective and current clients.
• Participate in professional development activities, including industry conferences and networking opportunities.

• Pursuing a degree in business or a related field, with at least sophomore standing.
  • MBA student, junior, or senior standing: preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management, project management, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Positive attitude, ability to learn quickly, and a team-oriented mindset.
