Position Summary
|
The Quality Campaign Manager oversees quality initiatives related to HEDIS and care gap outreach, with a focus on Medicaid populations. This role ensures timely and accurate data collection, reporting, and member engagement to improve health outcomes and meet compliance benchmarks. The Quality Campaign Manager drives performance by developing metrics, KPIs, deliverables, and performance evaluations, producing program data analysis, and presenting insights to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
|
- Lead quality improvement campaigns, focusing on HEDIS measures, preventive care, and chronic disease management for Medicaid populations.
- Analyze program and healthcare data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain metrics, KPIs, deliverables, and performance evaluations to monitor program success.
- Prepare and deliver reports and presentations for internal teams, state agencies, and clients using data visualization tools and Microsoft Suite applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Collaborate with CHWs, care coordinators, providers, and operational teams to optimize member engagement and close care gaps.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, payer requirements, and organizational quality standards.
- Assist in staff training and development on quality improvement initiatives, data reporting, and performance monitoring.
- Support cross-functional planning, resource allocation, and problem-solving initiatives to enhance program outcomes.

Qualifications
Required:
|
- Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Data Analytics, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare quality improvement, Medicaid programs, or population health management.
- Strong understanding of Medicaid, healthcare metrics, HEDIS measures, and quality reporting.
- Experience producing reports for state agencies, clients, or stakeholders, and presenting findings effectively.
- Proven ability to develop metrics, KPIs, and performance evaluations to track program success.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and Microsoft Suite applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to meet client and program needs.
- FLU and COVID immunization.

Preferred: |
- Certification in quality improvement (e.g., NCQA, CPHQ) or data analytics.
- Experience with healthcare data systems and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, EHR systems).

Compensation & Benefits
|
- $62,000 - 68,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
- Mileage reimbursement for work-related travel.
