Construction Project Engineer I, Milwaukee

Role: Project Engineer, Construction (Entry Level)

Start your career in construction management with hands-on experience in both the office and the field. You'll partner with an experienced Project Manager and Superintendent to learn every stage of a project-from budgeting and bidding to scheduling, site coordination, and close-out.

What You'll Do

* Support project planning, scheduling, and budgeting

* Coordinate subcontractors and resolve day-to-day challenges

* Participate in jobsite and client meetings

* Ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction

What We Look For

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

* 0-2 years of experience in construction or internships with a GC

* Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

* Detail-oriented and motivated to learn
