The Maintenance Technician III supports production operations by performing preventative electrical/mechanical maintenance, troubleshoots and repairs production equipment, and performs repairs and maintenance of facility. Completes preventive maintenance and general maintenance in proper working order while abiding by all specified rules and regulations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Performing troubleshooting and repair on electrical/electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic mechanical systems. * Analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment. Assist with the service and repairing of more complex equipment. * Ability to repair all electrical wiring, electronic and electrical equipment (24 to 480 Volts) * Complying with applicable regulations according to OSHA and the department's Safety program. * Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair PLC programs. * Provide scheduled and emergency repairs to production equipment during production shift. * Install and maintain production/facility equipment. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Adhere to safety protocols. * Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. * Regular, reliable, punctual and consistent attendance. Must be able to work regular and/or flexible hours or shifts, overtime, weekends as required. | |
