This is a hybrid configuration role working 2-3 days per week at our corporate campus located at 361 Integrity Dr, Madison, WI 53717 and 2-3 days per week from home. A remote working configuration is not being considered for this role at this time.

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an Accountant to join our Accounting department!

The position of Accountant acts as a General Accountant for the Accounting Department.

How do I make an impact on my team?

Generate and send invoices
• Assemble, review, and code invoices for payment
• Enter and upload invoices into system
• Track expenses and process expense reports
• Prepare journal entries
• Perform monthly physical inventory
• Assist with audit and review preparations
• Set up ACH pulls for clients on two-day pay cycle
• Other duties as assigned

What our team expects from you?

• Associates degree in Accounting or equivalent experience required. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Preferred
• 1 to 3 years of financial analysis experience is required
• Intermediate Excel skills are required
• Experience working with accounting software (Oracle ORMB and Fusion preferred)
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
