Executive Service INSURANCE BUSINESS PROCESS IMPROVEMENT DIRECTOR Department of Commerce and Insurance Insurance Division Nashville, TN Minimum Monthly Salary: $5,591.00 Closing Date: 10/20/2025Who we are and what we do: Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance, Insurance Division Insurance Regulation for over 2,000 licensed entities and over 350,000 licenses agents. How you make a difference in this role: Your attention to detail, high level of organization, and strategic thinking will help our Division operate at its best. Job Overview: This position liaises between the Insurance Division, other Department Divisions, and other state Departments with impacts on Insurance Division operations to ensure efficiencies and identify problems and opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications: Preferred candidates will have excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, exceptional written and oral communications and interpersonal relations. Preferred candidates will also be able to establish priorities among changing agendas and the multiple sections of the Insurance Division. Two or more years of professional administrative or project coordination experience.
