*Description*
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst* *with hands-on experience in SAP procurement workflows* *and Dataiku to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of business applications and data products related to procurement. This role is embedded within the prototype team, which is responsible for aligning procurement data with business processes to build effective prototypes that meet stakeholder expectations and transition seamlessly to the development team. *Responsibilities * Analyze moderately to highly complex business requests and procurement processes across the end-to-end SAP lifecycle, including requisition, sourcing, PO creation, vendor management, and invoicing. Collaborate with the prototype team to bring together procurement data with business workflows using Dataiku, ensuring prototypes reflect real-world operations. Translate use cases into functional data products through data acquisition, modeling, visualization, and presentation to business stakeholders. Refine dashboards and visualizations based on stakeholder feedback to ensure alignment and usability. Prepare project artifacts including Requirements Documents, Activity Diagrams, and Use Cases. Conduct gap analysis to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend business process evolution. Coordinate and perform testing on dashboard modifications and system enhancements. Lead Agile project initiatives and ensure compliance with SLC documentation and DDP requirements. Communicate system changes, risks, and issues to management and project leads. Oversee product testing, implementation, and ensure compliance with corporate policies. Strong analytics, troubleshooting and business process development skills. 2. 3 years' experience with one or more BI tools (Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau, Dataiku, Python, etc.) and SQL language. 3. 3 years' experience with data analysis or statistics for data science. 4. 3 years' experience with software development and quality assurance/SDLC and IT systems compliance. 5. 1-2 years Procurement source-to-pay domain experience from either business or IT role. 6. Preferred experience with Agile/scrum projects. 7. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication skills. 8. Proven ability to effectively lead and facilitate meetings. 9. Detail-oriented with a focus on deliverables. 10. Exceptional teamwork skills. 11. Strong customer focus. 12. Solid documentation skills. *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $54.00 - $59.00/hr.
