*Overview:*
We are seeking a highly motivated Tier 2 Customer Support Specialist with extensive call center experience to join our growing team. *Key Responsibilities:* * Handle 80-100 inbound and outbound calls daily, including live data entry and call transfers. * Engage with real estate agents, referral partners, past clients, and recruits to schedule appointments. * Maintain and manage client databases using Salesforce and CRM. * Verify customer information and ensure accurate lead assignments. * Schedule follow-ups and client/partner meetings; confirm appointments. * Memorize and apply call scripts to guide conversations effectively. * Provide personalized service, including birthday calls and rapport building. * Attend training sessions to enhance industry knowledge. * Deliver administrative support to originators, including call management and lead tracking. * Uphold data integrity and provide metrics on call activity and engagement. *Required Skills & Qualifications:* * Proven experience in a high-volume call center environment. * Strong multitasking, troubleshooting, and customer service skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and organization. * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF tools, and data entry. * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. * Ethical and customer-focused mindset with professionalism and patience. *Preferred Skills:* * Bilingual (Spanish preferred). * Experience in mortgage lending or related fields. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
