Quality Innovation is submitting a proposal in support of the COORDINATION (RCC) SUPPORT SERVICES.

Job Description

The Program Manager shall be responsible for the overall performance of the work. The PM shall have full authority to act for the contractor on all contract matters related to the daily operation of this contract. Program Managers are expected to communicate and collaborate with AFW2's Chief, Warrior Care, and the Care Management and Support Branch Chiefs. The PM shall oversee and guide all assigned contracting personnel. PM shall be capable of managing daily operations, planning, and executing all activities. Since the PM directly supports organizations led by a General Officer or a Senior Executive Service (SES) civilian, coordination with these senior officials is necessary.

Working conditions

The PM shall be available from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (local), Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays or when the government facility is closed for administrative reasons.

Requirements


  • BA/BS degree from an accredited US-based university
  • Four years of experience in program management and leadership.
  • Two years' experience with Government contracting.



  1. Experience with mobilization/demobilization processes as relates to healthcare, disability, and board processes
  2. Experience with Military Healthcare and Medical Administration



Preference will be given to candidates who have the following qualifications:
