The Digital Commerce Co-Op will support retailer-specific initiatives and day-to-day activities that drive sales of Sherwin-Williams brands such as Minwax, Krylon, and Purdy through the online channels of key retail partners. This includes building, expanding, and optimizing the digital shelf and consumer experience to drive traffic, conversion, basket size, and customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the Digital Commerce Manager, National Accounts, this role will primarily support assigned tasks while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and receiving guidance from the broader Digital Commerce team. The ideal candidate will also have opportunities to propose new ideas or lead small initiatives independently. This position is best suited for a current undergraduate student based in the Cleveland area who is available to work part-time during the academic year and full-time during school breaks, including summer. The role offers hands-on experience in a supportive and highly collaborative environment designed to build foundational skills prior to graduation in the exciting field of eCommerce and digital marketing.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with planning and executing ecommerce initiatives for CBG products and brands across key retail partners such as Menards, Walmart, Amazon, and others.
  • Support ecommerce product page content optimization and syndication.
  • Help manage and maintain ecommerce and marketing data.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support the Digital Commerce Manager in enhancing the digital experience.
  • Apply a passion for the evolving digital landscape to contribute to key ecommerce projects.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently enrolled in a Marketing, Business or related undergraduate degree program at a university within the Northeast Ohio area, with availability to work part-time during the academic year and full-time during breaks
  • Analytical and metrics-driven mindset with a bias for action.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with an interest in business or marketing strategy.
  • Creative and forward-thinking.
  • Strong time-management skills demonstrated through extracurricular involvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Foundational knowledge or experience in ecommerce.
