TITLE People Team Intern, Summer 2026, IL LOCATION Chicago, Illinois WHO Current Juniors at a four-year college or university are eligible to apply. WHAT You will have the opportunity to work with the Wealth Builder team during a 10-week paid program from June to August 2026. We will provide a housing stipend for candidates who are relocating to the city for the purposes of the internship. During your summer internship with Curi Capital, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, collaborate with team members, and design and present your own project at the end of the program. You will learn how HR strategy supports company culture and business goals, what are some best practices in employee engagement, learning & development, and change management, how to manage and support cross-functional projects within a People Team and Real-world applications of organizational psychology, leadership, and workplace culture. The People HR Intern will work closely with the People Team to gain hands-on experience in HR strategy and people-focused projects. This internship is designed for someone interested in exploring the broader impact of HR within an organization, beyond benefits and payroll.
