WHAT

You will have the opportunity to work with the Wealth Builder team during a 10-week paid program from June to August 2026. We will provide a housing stipend for candidates who are relocating to the city for the purposes of the internship.

THE ROLE

During your summer internship with Curi Capital, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, collaborate with team members, and design and present your own project at the end of the program. You will learn how HR strategy supports company culture and business goals, what are some best practices in employee engagement, learning & development, and change management, how to manage and support cross-functional projects within a People Team and Real-world applications of organizational psychology, leadership, and workplace culture.

The People HR Intern will work closely with the People Team to gain hands-on experience in HR strategy and people-focused projects. This internship is designed for someone interested in exploring the broader impact of HR within an organization, beyond benefits and payroll. The intern will support initiatives that drive engagement, culture, learning, and organizational effectiveness.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with the People Team on projects related to employee engagement, culture, and professional development.
  • Assist with research, benchmarking, and compiling insights to inform HR strategy and best practices.
  • Support data gathering and analysis to measure the effectiveness of people programs.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of company-wide HR initiatives and events.
  • Contribute to drafting communications, presentations, and resources for leaders and employees.
  • Gain exposure to strategic HR operations including performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Interest in organizational strategy, people operations, and culture.
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team environment.
