Assists the organization in acquisition and retention of customers. Responsible for supporting the patient through the continuum of care by the coordination of services, programs and personnel. Position: Clinical Liaison HomeCare
Shift: Shifts can be either 8:30 am to 5:00 pm or 9:00 am to 5:30 pm + 1 weekend per month (8:30 am to 5:00 pm) + 1 holiday per year

Experience:
1. RN candidates must have a minimum of three (3) years clinical experience. Home health or hospice experience preferred.
2. Minimum of one (1) year marketing/sales experience preferred.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in nursing required

Licensures/Certifications:
1. Current license to practice nursing in PA OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.

Requirements:

This position requires you to wear a respirator as part of the job requirement.
