About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist, you will serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers, HRBPs, and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in manufacturing and engineering talent acquisition, understands the challenges of recruiting in technical fields, and is passionate about creating a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to define recruitment needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies for engineering, operations, and technical roles.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including intake meetings, job postings, sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, niche engineering job boards, industry associations, and campus partnerships.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles in engineering, reliability, EHS, and operations leadership.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience, from initial outreach through onboarding handoff.
  • Provide recruitment analytics, reporting, and market insights to HR and business leaders.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, including career fairs, community partnerships, and targeted digital campaigns. May travel once per month/every other month.
  • Partner with background check and assessment providers (Checkr, First Advantage, etc.) to ensure compliance and timely processing.
  • Leverage Primient's ATS (Workday, or comparable system experience such as Lever/Greenhouse) to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant recruiting documentation.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on engineering or technical talent acquisition.
  • Experience recruiting within manufacturing, industrial, or process-focused environments strongly preferred.
  • Strong sourcing skills, including direct outreach, networking, and Boolean search.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms (Workday preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter, and online sourcing tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and partner at all levels. Highly collaborative and customer service-oriented.
  • Highly organized, metrics-driven, and able to manage multiple requisitions across diverse functions.
Total RewardsThe annual pay range estimated for this position is $82,400.00 - $103,000.00 and is bonus eligible.

Please note that while this range reflects the full spectrum of compensation available for this role, individual compensation will be determined based on several factors including your experience, skills, and alignment with the role's responsibilities. During the interview process there will be an opportunity to discuss how your background fits into the pay range.
