Overview Our utility client is hiring a Project Coordinator to support billing system enhancements following its migration to Oracle CC&B. This role bridges the gap between billing analysts and developers, ensuring that identified billing issues are translated into actionable system improvements. Responsibilities Participate in Billing IT projects by gathering criteria, creating and approving test conditions, and assisting with Change Management activities. Serve as liaison between billing analysts and development teams for Oracle Customer Care and Billing) Track and prioritize system enhancement requests based on billing trends Coordinate meetings, documentation, and timelines for enhancement projects with the developers Monitor the progress of fixes and validate the resolution of billing issues Maintain project documentation and communicate updates to stakeholders Support change management and training efforts related to system updates Participate in Billing IT projects by gathering criteria, approving test conditions, and assisting with UAT and defect resolution *Skills* Project coordination, CC&B, Oracle CCB, Oracle CC&B, Customer care and billing, Meter data management, Excel *Top Skills Details* Project coordination *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Desired Experience Bachelor's degree in Business or related field 5+ years of experience in project coordination or business analysis Working knowledge of utility billing processes and customer service programs, including rate structures, payments, and service orders. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong familiarity with Oracle CC&B and utility billing workflows Experience with meter-to-cash processes and customer service programs Proven ability to manage testing, UAT, and defect tracking Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
