Credit Analyst-Residential Construction

The successful candidate will be responsible for the ongoing monitoring and draw administration of a portfolio of construction loans originated by MidFirst Private Bank. Duties will include preparing and maintaining construction project budgets, analyzing contracts and project costs, reviewing adequacy of project contingencies, and managing equity requirements from loan closing through construction completion. Additional job requirements will include coordination and review of monthly inspections along with periodic site visits to confirm monthly project completion percentages as well as communicating with loan officers, customers, contractors and senior management on progress over the course of construction.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Construction Management, with a minimum GPA of 3.25 or better. Commensurate related work experience will be considered in lieu of specific degree requirement.
• At least 1-3 years of real estate lending, credit or construction administration experience.

Candidate must be analytical, an excellent communicator, and possess critical thinking skills. Additionally, candidate must be able to adequately manage priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Other essential skills include organization, attention to detail, and outstanding problem-solving abilities. Candidates must have a working knowledge of financial and accounting concepts and be proficient in MS Excel.
