Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment efforts across key functions, including construction project managers, estimators, corporate positions, and early talent programs. The ideal candidate will excel in sourcing, screening, and interviewing both internal and external candidates, while delivering a high-impact recruitment strategy that supports business growth. A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Partner with hiring managers to align talent acquisition strategies with workforce planning needs, proactively building pipelines for critical roles across construction and corporate functions.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, leveraging data-driven sourcing techniques, industry networks, and digital platforms to attract top-tier talent.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to enhance engagement and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to anticipate future talent needs and refine role requirements to support organizational growth.
  • Provide timely and strategic communication to stakeholders regarding recruitment progress, market insights, and candidate feedback.
  • Ensure data integrity within the HRIS system and maintain compliance with federal and state employment regulations.
  • Stay current on talent acquisition trends, labor market shifts, and regulatory changes to inform strategy and maintain competitive advantage.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within HR, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance candidate and stakeholder experiences.
  • Maintain proactive communication with leadership to ensure visibility into key talent acquisition metrics and challenges.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a strong track record of hiring for both field and corporate roles-preferably within the construction or related industries - and includes experience screening, prospecting, qualifying, interviewing, and managing candidates throughout interview process.
  • Solid understanding of employment laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices, particularly as they relate to construction workforce dynamics.
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize, delegate, and deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying talent gaps and proposing solutions.
  • Proven ability to build trust and credibility across all levels of the organization, maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive candidate experience.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and resilience in navigating shifting priorities, overcoming challenges, and driving recruitment outcomes with minimal supervision.

Base Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000

The base salary range may vary depending on geographic location, applicant skills, and prior relevant experience.
