Administrative Assistant

Oceaneering is a global provider of engineered services and products, primarily to the offshore energy industry. Provides comprehensive administrative support to multiple managers, ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.

LOCATION

Requires daily onsite attendance; this is not a remote-work position.

ESSENTIAL

* Assist with various administrative task to include general clerical duties.
* PeopleSoft weekly reporting and input of timesheets for managers & employees.
* Creates and maintains organizational charts and flowcharts.
* Assist staff with travel arrangements.
* Process expense reports.
* Reconciles/maintains company credit card statements.
* Coordinates and arranges meetings and presentations, prepares agenda, reserves and prepares facilities.
* Defining tasks and milestones to achieve objectives, while ensuring the optimal use of resources to meet those objectives.
* Archiving and retrieve crucial audit documents.
* Onboarding of newly hired employees.
* Create and track meeting minutes.
* Create requisitions as needed to meet the needs of the manufacturing group.
* Other duties as required.

REQUIRED

* Minimum 3 years' experience in a administrative assistant role.
* Mimimum 1 year experience with MRP or ERP system.
* Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

DESIRED

* Experience with PeopleSoft.
* Previous knowledge of High Jump a plus.
