Tenneco is one of the world's largest pure-play powertrain companies servicing OE markets worldwide with engineered solutions addressing fuel economy, power output, and criteria pollution requirements for gasoline, diesel and electrified powertrains. We are looking for a Plant Quality Manager at ourAngola Indianafacility. The Quality Manager will report directly to the Director of Quality and will directly supervise a team of Quality Engineers and Quality Technicians employee. The Quality Manager ensures a safe work environment, drives quality improvements, develops a qualified workforce, reduces operating costs, inventories, and lead times through continuous improvements. EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in related field or 5 - 10 years' experience in quality related field with experience in automotive manufacturing and IATF 16949 standards. SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
