Summery

As an RT Clinical Supervisor at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital, you'll deliver specialized, patient-centered respiratory care that is at the forefront of medical innovation. Your work will be guided by evidence-based practices, ensuring that every treatment, research initiative, and educational effort is rooted in the highest standards of care.

You'll be a key player in our interprofessional team, driving exceptional patient outcomes and contributing to the department's goals through your accountability for compassionate and safe care. By adhering to the rigorous standards set by the Florida Board of Respiratory Care and JHACH policies, you'll help shape the future of respiratory therapy at one of the nation's leading healthcare institutions.

Qualifications:



  • Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Licensure & Certification: Current Florida Respiratory Therapist Licensure and Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential through the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
  • Education Background: Graduate of a Registered Respiratory Therapy Program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC).
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in neonatal/pediatric critical intensive care.
  • Certifications:

    • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from the American Heart Association.
    • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification if working in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
    • Neonatal/Pediatric Specialist (NPS) credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).




Salary Range: Minimum 36.52/hour - Maximum 58.44/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
