You can explore the details of our benefits offering by visiting the following link: Johns Hopkins Hospital | Your benefits virtually (mybenefitsjhhs.com) Summary: The Manager oversees daily retail shop operations of the Women's Board shops located within the East Baltimore Campus of The Johns Hopkins Hospital. The locations include the Outpatient Center Gift Shop, Nelson/Wolfe Street Gift Shop, Arcade Gift Shop, and the Carry On Shop. This position supervises staff, manages inventory, and ensures a positive, supportive experience for patients, families, and staff. This position is responsible for strategic planning, annual budgeting activities, and operating businesses in a profitable manner, while ensuring that regulatory certifications are maintained as required by accrediting bodies. This position reports to the Executive Director of Operations and the President of The Women's Board jointly. Shift: Full-time, Day shift Education/Work Experience: Requires a Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or an equivalent field. Required Licensure Certification, etc: Baltimore City "Food Service Manager Certification". Course must be satisfactorily completed within 90 days of employment. Work experience:
Salary Range: Minimum /hour - Maximum /hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
