This is a unique opportunity to support patients in both skilled nursing and long-term acute care settings, while contributing to clinical excellence, patient-centered care, and academic medicine. About Us: NYC Health + Hospitals/Coler is located on Roosevelt Island and is renowned for its specialized memory care program, high-quality short-term rehabilitation therapy, and long-term skilled nursing services. Henry J. Carter Specialty Hospital & Skilled Nursing Facility is a nationally recognized facility with a 164-bed CMS 5-Star-Rated Skilled Nursing Facility and a 201-bed Long-Term Acute-Care Hospital (LTACH). Carter is known for its pulmonary excellence, ventilator-weaning expertise, and comprehensive long-term care.
