Assembler

• Assemble sub-components by installing screws, applying sealant, installing spacers, and torquing hardware to specifications.
• Maintain documentation and communicate shift activities, irregularities, and ongoing needs.
• Support organizational goals by adapting to new requests and identifying opportunities to improve processes.
• Stay current with technical knowledge through training and publications.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment in line with company standards (including 5S).

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 months of related experience or equivalent education/training.
• Ability to read simple instructions, recognize patterns in numbers/words, and communicate clearly in writing and speech.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using standard units of money, weight, volume, and distance.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and solve problems in standardized situations.
• Familiarity with manufacturing software preferred.
