Content Specialist

The Corporate Communications Group delivers world-class communications to inform and engage keystakeholders and bring Lam's brand to life on a global scale. They lead our internal andexecutive communications, executive thought leadership, social presence, and philanthropicefforts through volunteering and the Lam Foundation.

The Content Specialist on the Digital Publications team helps drive storytelling across external and internal channels that supports Lam Research's long-term objectives. You'll join a high-performing and encouraging team and report to the editor-in-chief of Digital Publications.

* Write, curate, edit, and publish multimedia content across our intranet, internal channels, our external blog, and YouTube channel to tell Lam's story as a technology innovator, a critical leader in the semiconductor industry, and a great place to work.
* Support the corporate functions and regional comms teams with storytelling and consultation that supports their comms strategies.
* Collaborate cross-functionally and globally to create business and cultural stories that build belief in Lam's technology, culture, and brand.
* Inspire employees and audiences through creative content.
* Use data and analytics to iterate and innovate how stories are told and delivered.
* Embrace new responsibilities as they emerge.

• A sincere desire to succeed, grow, and evolve on a demanding and innovative team.
• Outstanding written and verbal skills and excitement for storytelling.
• Minimum of three to five years of experience in communications, journalism, storytelling, or a related field.
• A knack for translating complex subjects into simple and effective language across various mediums for a global audience.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to persuade and inspire others through rhetoric and data.
• Dexterity in working both autonomously and collaboratively.
• The ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects and to change direction on the fly.
• The capacity to work quickly and decisively.
• A growth mindset and a hunger to experiment with new ways of storytelling.
• Willingness to accept feedback and constructive criticism.
• An eye for detial.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
