Student Intern - Architecture Co-Op

MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, is seeking a talented Architecture Co-Op Student Intern for the Spring Semester to join our Community Environments Market team in New York City, NY!

As an Architecture Co-Op Student Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience producing and coordinating construction documents while building essential knowledge in professional practice. You'll work closely with a collaborative team of architects and designers, contributing to projects that have a real-world impact.

We're looking for someone detail-oriented, highly collaborative, and eager to learn, ready to grow their skills while helping create spaces that inspire communities.

• Assist in document preparation.
• Gather and generate data for projects.
• Perform research and development for projects.
• Assist team with clerical needs, such as archiving and document distribution and tracking.
• Assist with other project tasks as assigned.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master of Architecture, or a degree in a related field.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Exhibits MG2 Practice Values of Integrated Approach, Design Excellence, Social Responsibility, Leadership, and Results.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.

Compensation: $22.00/hr to $25.00/hr (depending on qualifications)
