As a Warehouse Associate at Coperion in Sidney, Ohio, you will support our manufacturing and logistics operations by accurately receiving, storing, and distributing materials and finished goods. Your role is essential in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production schedules, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment. You will work within established procedures, supporting continuous improvement and safety initiatives to help us deliver operational excellence. What You'll Do:
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts, equipment, and supplies against work orders and shipping documentation. Store materials properly in designated areas, ensuring accurate inventory counts and organization. Pick, pack, and prepare parts and finished goods for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation to maintain accurate stock levels. Support warehouse organization, including staging, labeling, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. Support the shipping and receiving process, including documentation, labeling, and proper handling of materials. Load and unload trucks as required, inspecting inbound items at the time of unloading and completing necessary paperwork during dock operations. Operate forklift trucks and other basic material handling and packaging equipment. Lift and move parts and other items, frequently weighing fifty pounds or more, unaided, and heavier loads with aids such as a hand truck. Load, unload, and distribute materials carried on shuttle trucks as needed, and drive shuttle trucks between buildings. Assist with general warehouse duties, including housekeeping, parts handling, and inventory management. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, efficiency, and accuracy. Perform other duties as assigned to support production and logistics.

You will be part of Coperion's warehouse and logistics team in Sidney, Ohio, working alongside warehouse operators, inventory clerks, and production staff. Your contributions will help ensure the smooth flow of materials, support production schedules, and uphold our commitment to operational excellence.
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read and interpret shipping documents, work orders, and inventory reports. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work safely and follow established safety procedures. Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Ability to lift, carry, and move parts or materials weighing 50 pounds or more regularly. Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in warehouse operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in warehouse, shipping, or receiving roles. Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Knowledge of inventory control measures and material handling practices. Experience supporting production or manufacturing environments. Ability to support continuous improvement initiatives related to safety and efficiency.
