Summary: The Project Manager will be responsible for leading complex HR Technology & Transformation initiatives within the Hitachi Group, with a primary focus on Workday global implementations and related HR TECHNOLOGY programs. The role will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with business objectives, applying best practices from Project Management methodologies, and Workday project frameworks. This position requires strong project management skills, deep understanding of HR systems, and proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a global, matrix environment. Pay is determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, depth of experience in the practice area.
