We are currently seeking a seasoned Chief Analyst to fulfill a pivotal Senior Director role in our Directorate of Strategic Projects.

Who We Are Looking For

The Chief Analyst will serve as a nexus between our advanced tech team and the nuanced field of geopolitical forecasting. With a decade-long analytic background in the intelligence community, this role is tasked with elevating our AI-driven large language models (LLMs) by integrating deep human analytical expertise. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Strategic Projects, the Chief Analyst will spearhead efforts to codify high-level insights into predictive models, enhancing our proprietary SaaS offerings in partnership with Palantir.

What You Will Work On

1. Lead the enhancement of LLMs by synthesizing geopolitical forecasting with data science, using proprietary intelligence and real-time reporting.

2. Guide data scientists in identifying precursor events and developing anticipatory intelligence models for client delivery.

3. Curate and analyze significant geopolitical events, ensuring the integration of relevant data streams into predictive models.

4. Produce in-depth reports by leveraging domain expertise in intelligence analysis and economics.

5. Collaborate with the SVP on strategic program management, addressing the expansive scope of the project.

6. Provide ongoing analysis of global events and trends, translating this into actionable intelligence for clients.

7. Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

What You Will Bring

1. Bachelor's degree required in Economics, International Relations, Political Science, or related field; Master's degree or higher preferred.

2. Minimum of 10 years' experience in the intelligence community, specializing in anticipatory intelligence and forecasting political, security, and economic outcomes.

3. Proven leadership in managing complex projects within high-stakes environments.

4. Comprehensive understanding of geopolitical dynamics, global economic trends, and strategic supply chain risks.

5. Exceptional analytical prowess and strategic problem-solving capabilities.

6. Articulate communicator and collaborator capable of leading a diverse team of technologists and engineers.

7. Demonstrated mentorship and team-building skills, with an emphasis on leading by example.
