What to Expect
Tesla's Supply Chain team is seeking a Program Manager to support our growing AI business. In this role, you will function as the key liaison between the Supply Chain Organization and internal stakeholders including Tesla's Executive Team, Engineering, Sales and Manufacturing. The Program Manager will work closely with the core Program/Project team to manage visibility on high value programs and communicate key milestones and goals with the rest of the Supply Chain organization. Additionally, the Program Manager will collaborate closely with their Supply Chain team members including Global Supply Managers, Supplier Industrialization Engineers, Material Planners, and Logistics Managers across all commodities on behalf of Supply Chain leadership. You will bring stakeholders together to track key Supply Chain metrics to assure the timely and efficient execution of Tesla's portfolio of projects. What You'll Do

Expected Compensation
$88,000 - $150,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
